Tattooed Planet is what happens when you love tattoos, chaos, and questionable life choices a little too much.
It’s our way of dragging the tattoo industry out of its serious little bubble and throwing a proper party that celebrates our beautifully decorated world.
Imagine a weekend at Butlins — but stickier, louder, and covered in sexy tattoos.
Expect hundreds of the world’s top tattoo artists, stalls full of weird, wonderful, and totally necessary treasures, and entertainment that’ll leave you wondering, “Was that legal?”
We’re not saying it’s an alt utopia… but we’re also not not saying it.

Tattooed Planet 2025 hits the BEC Arena on the
23rd & 24th of August!
It’s a bank holiday, which means there’s literally no excuse not to turn up and make questionable choices.
Doors open at 10:30 AM (yes, in the morning)
If you’re feeling optimistic about the British summer, rock up early and work on that “tan” — or just enjoy standing in a refreshing drizzle with the rest of us.
WHEN IS IT!
Tattooed Planet 2025 is taking over the famous BEC Arena in Manchester — tucked just behind the
Trafford Centre
(aka that giant shopping mall you absolutely can’t miss).
The closer you get, the more signs you’ll see pointing you toward the chaos — so if you get lost,
that’s honestly on you.

Oh, and it’s also named after boobies! Look it up!
ABSOLUTELY! One of the (many) awesome things about visiting a tattoo convention as dope as ours is that you have the opportunity to be tattooed by some of the
world’s best artists!
We suggest checking out all the incredible artists joining us this year on our Instagram page and contacting them directly if you want something specific. There will also be plenty of artists doing walk-up appointments, though!
Here at Tattooed Planet, we don’t handle bookings for the artists attending, so be sure to hit them up before the show to avoid disappointment!

There will be plenty of food options inside and outside the venue to satisfy every preference, along with well-stocked bars serving all your favourite drinks (mostly).
Please keep in mind, all food and drink vendors are organised by the venue, not us!
so if your sausage

don’t blame us.

Speaking of food and drink, did you know that the sexy purple elixir, VIMTO, was made here in Manchester!?
They probably won't have it at the bar though, sorry.
We totally get that some of you are liberal parents —
and hey, that’s sweet.
But let’s be real: this isn’t a wholesome family day
out at the zoo.
It’s a human zoo, and your kids will absolutely see things they probably shouldn’t.
This is a tattoo convention, not Peppa Pig World (sadly).
It’s loud, it’s weird, it’s almost definitely half-naked —
and it’s meant to be wild.
That said, we’ll try to keep things relatively PG
before 1pm… emphasis on try.
After that, it definitely leans adults-only — but truthfully, we can’t guarantee a child friendly
vibe at any time.
If you do bring your little tykes, please keep them under constant supervision.
Nobody wants to lose their babas on the tattooed planet!

When you arrive near to venue, you will see signs for
Tattooed Planet directing you where to go!
The venue has a lot of parking available, but for a fee! (charged by the venue, we have no control over that sorry) It’s also first come, first served.
There is ample on-street parking in the area, but we recommend either carpooling or using public transport.
PARKING
There are regular Choo-choos that run to the venue but if you are coming from Manchester centre, The Trafford Centre tram leaves from Deansgate. Make sure to get off at the Parkway stop and from there it’s a 1-minute walk
to the venue!
We suggest looking up your travel arrangements well in advance of the show!

But if you are flying into Manchester Airport, there are regular trains to Manchester city centre!
The airport train station is located near Terminal 2, but is easily accessible from everywhere in the airport!. These trains will take you to Piccadilly train station in Manchester and from there, you can either head to the tram, or grab a taxi outside!
